You're not a ticket number. Email me and you'll hear back from Joe, who actually uses this gear.
Why buy from Shop Coffee Hobby?
Ordering from a big warehouse store just means you're a number — and when something goes wrong, you end up talking to a robot or a script-reading rep on the other side of the world instead of a person who actually cares about your problem. Here, you're dealing with a real person (Joe) who drinks the coffee, uses the gear, and stands behind the products.
Why is your product selection different?
I only carry items I genuinely enjoy or believe are worth your money. No filler products, no trend‑chasing. And if there are any issues with getting a product, I won't carry it.
Why should I trust this store?
I've been selling online for years with fast shipping, accurate listings, and real customer service. But more than that? I'm here to share my joy in this wonderful coffee hobby.
Every cup I send, every bag I pack, every order I fulfill — I do it because I enjoy it, because I know how much you care about your coffee, too.
Do you roast the coffee yourself?
No — I partner with roasters I personally trust and drink. My role is curation, not roasting.
Why does freshness matter so much here?
Because I got sick of buying a bag off a grocery store shelf, getting it home, and realizing it had been sitting there for who-knows-how-long before I bought it. Stale coffee doesn't just taste flat — it robs you of the whole reason you got into this hobby in the first place. Most of the coffee here is shipped directly from small private roasters, so what you get is a coffee that tastes like coffee — not cardboard.
What if I don't like what I ordered?
Just reach out. I keep returns simple and straightforward so you can shop with confidence.
